Salam, One of my friend done his CBC test as he was having saviour backache also loosing weight whose report came today and in his report his hemoglobin is too low which is 8. And according to the information and research a normal human person should have 13 to 17 hemoglobin rate. Therefore you are requested to please suggest some medicine as well as some precaution to increase the hemoglobin rate. Also update what to eat and what thing need to avoid. Waiting for your response.

This is a picture of Macrocytic anemia which needs vitamin B 12 supplements as it is caused bu vitamin B12 deficiency.as advised in the report u should go for mote blood tests to check vit B12 and Folate levels in ur serum. Also intrinsic factor to be checked. Its not Iron deficiency anemia so no need for Iron supplements .Better see a Hematologist or good general physician for further tests advice and treatment
