Talk to General Physician on Gustatory Rhinitis /runny Nose While Eating

Usually ppl face this issue while eating spicy food. But is it normal to have runny nose while eating very mild tasting food , or even tea? (no such exp with cold, bakery, or bread). As socially it is very inconvenient and awkward. Any medicine to avoide it.
