assalamu alaykum.my son age 7 has flu, runny nose, slight cough,hoarse voice.has low fever.phlegm stuck in his chest and throat(tonsils area).feels irritation in tonsils area then does cough but phlegm isnt excreted.yesterday gave him 1 large spoon rigix.he became better.today again same symptoms.
