No side effects of eating Almonds...
There is NO Correlation between Almond intake and Memory...
What you can do to boost up your memory is:
1) Daily Physical activity: Exercise.
2) Distraction Free Environment: Disabling All notifications in your mobile and DND mode during study.
3) Namaz + Zikar.
4) Daily Journal writing: Have a 30min SOLITUDE and have a Self talk about What went well, what went wrong and what could be improved.

Eating badam or other nuts is traditionally thought to enhance memory but there is no truth in this long held belief. When your computer hard disc has a lot of clutter full of old downloaded documents, you are always advised to clean up your hard disk. Brain is also a computer. If you want to store new material in it ( like course material etc) then you want to empty your brain of irrelevant material. To do that you need to solve all the ongoing issues in your life to your best capability. Otherwise the minute you start on the exam work your worries will resurface and stop you concentrating.

There is always a benefit from a natural thing. Any thing taken with balance is always helpful. So take almonds and akhrote as u like but remember excess of everything is bad. Do take regular exercise. Take milk daily. Your memory would improve.
