Talk to General Physician on Sore Throat, Heaviness And Tightness Around The Head

Assalamualaikum. Mujhe do Saal se sore throat ka problem hai. Jab mein Raat ko sota Hun to gala theek HOTA sur jab uthta Hun gala dry aur scratchy feel HOTA with head head heaviness and little head. I feel tightness and pressure around my head including forehead. Headache kabhi Kam hoti hai aur kabhi Kam hoti magar tightness bohat feel hoti. Headache aesi hoti hai Kay koi sar par soiyan chub Rahi hain. Bohat tests bhi kar waye bohat medicines bhi khayi hain magar farq nahi parh hai aur 3 4 ENTs ko bhi dikhaya magar diagnose nahi ho pa hai pta nahi chal Raha Kya masala hai. Head heaviness is like someone is squeezing. I feel a lot tightness around my head I don't why. Please guide me in this regard.please help me because these issues are becoming unbearable now. They are affecting my daily life and studies. I post my few tests like sinus CT scan and chest x ray
