Talk to Ent Specialist on Does Chronic Deviated Nasal Septum Affect/develops The Eustachian Tube Dysfunction/Patulous ETD?

My symptoms are

Heavy air pressure at right side ear plus right nostril is also blocked with pain, heaviness, fullness in the head, dizziness like I am in the deep water.

Ear pops up and closes again with knocking/puck sounds. and sometimes stays blocked for few hours that cause pain and aforementioned symptoms.

This pressure remains on the right side but shifts towards the left side for few hours in a 24 hour period.

Every morning, I discharge/release a fair amount of thick pure white/or mix light green mucus, but it's coming regularly and keep building up. I am not able to focus anything because of this painful condition. Also, having major sleep issues too because of this

Went to different ENT specialists and few said it's your DNS issue however ear issue will Not be fixed even after dns surgery....

Please help me? what should I do? If I go for septoplasty surgery, will this resolve my issue? I can live with one blocked nostril but this ear problem is unbearable.
