most patients have body pains and weakness when their blood sugar is not controlled for a long time. first see that his blood sugar is well controlled only then we will investigate any other cause
There could be one of multiple underlying issues.
Uncontrolled blood sugar levels
Abnormal electrolytes or kidney functions
Minor underlying chest or urine infection
Calcium or vitamin D deficiency.
All of those common in diabetic people and shouldn’t be ignored, but you need expert review to diagnose the right issue and manage accordingly.
