it's been almost a week since I have a disturbed and restless sleep. I can't properly sleep, my mind is always active. eventhough I'm sleeping I would know what is going on around me. who is coming who is going everything. there have been some changes around my place like my mom is a covid positive and I have a flight in two days and I have anxiety issues as well. but these days I try not to think at night still Im unable to sleep. what is the reason? it is frustrating.

You'd need combination of cognitive therapy and anti anxiety meds. Don't worry it is easily manageable.
