Talk to General Physician on Pain In Chest And Back.

I've pain in right upper side of Chest, and same side at back. Whenever I breathe, Pain increases. I'm not able to lung full breath. Pain becomes severe when I'm laying down. Physician has given me Iron and Vitamin D3 supplements, and also muscle Gel for pain, but the pain is still there for more than a week. Kindly suggest me something. Thank You.
