Talk to Endocrinologist on Imbalance And Vertigo

Assalamualaikum! I am suffering from vertigo from almost 1.5 years.I can't bend my head up and down and while bending on bed and during sajda in namaz I feel severe dizziness . There is stiffness in my neck and strange( fulfill sensation) , tinnitus in my ears. I have checked some doctors they washed my ears but I feel no relief. I have also take serc tablet but it makes me more dizzy and restless ( imbalance in legs ) .Now, sometimes, I use setspin that give me a little bit relief and unfortunately, setspin is out of stock now .What I can do now? If possible please recommend me alternative of setspin( betahistine) except serc .This imbalance and vertigo really ruin my life . I am a student and really worried about my future and can't afford fee of private doctor . Kindly give me some suggestion .l shall be very thankful to you for this favour.
