Backache And Pain In Leg

My son is 5.9 years old.. From few days he is complaining for backache and pain in leg.. Kindly suggest any multivitamin or any other supplement for him.. When he change his position like sit down from laying down he says i am feeling dizzy.. Please advise what will i do i am really worried

Hmmm seems a condition which is not normal... U should visit nearby child specilaist for proper examination and History.. And labs accordingly..
