Talk to Dentist on Gum Bleeding And Swelling Problem

person-avatar

Asking for Self, Male, 33 years old, Barcelona, Spain

This is Saeed Shah, studying in Barcelona, Spain and dentistry is very expensive and I do not have insurance so kindly help me in this regards.

I have a red dot on the gum of upper incisors for more than 4 months (photo attached) and now it has also started swelling and bleeding with touch and during brushing. Secondly, there was no gap between upper incisor teeth but now it has started a noticeable gap between these teeth. Thirdly, every gum is sensitive, start bleeding with just hard touching or during brushing. I also have Tartar (Calculus on teeth) but at the moment I want solution for that red dot on my gum which has started swelling and created gap between my upper incisor teeth.

Non-smoker No alcohol Brushing habit : twice for more than 2mins each time Brush type: Electric

Kindly recommend me some medicines, I would really be thankful. I will have proper treatment for calculus in December, 2021 when I return to Pakistan.

Thanks Regards

Find yourself REVOMET PLUS gel or any oral gel that contains metronidazole and chlorhexidene. Your periodontal condition is poor so scaling is imminent.

Aoa... you are suffering from generalized gingivitis... and its severe. Proper treatment would be scaling n root palnning. But for now u can take Tab Amoxil 250mg twice a day for a week, and tab flagyl 400mg twice a day for week as well. If i are not hypertensive than use toothpaste Hi-salz twice a day for a month. And Enziclore mouthwash twice a day for 2 weeks. Ur symptoms will get better InShaAllah..

Its could be a cyst or some some sort of an allergy. Not that serious. Apply some Somogel or Lognicaine gel. Besides get deep scaling done. This area indicates questionable oral hygiene and bones loss. Your teeth are already enlarged due to Periodontis. And brusg softly. And rinse with warm salt water with lemon drops soothe the bad feeling. Regards Dr. Hanan Haroon
