Talk to Gynecologist on Covid Symptoms In Pregnancy

I am married for 10 years. we have tried IVF and by the grace of Allah i have conceived. now its my 4th month MashaAllah. now i want to ask that 8 days before I had high fever 102 for two days. i have taken panadol and Velosef 500 mg as a treatment. After two days, temp was normal, but I lost my sense of taste and smell. i had mild weakness and tiredness. its my 9th day today and I am doing fine. I am taking Abocal and Iberat Folic supplements. my question is that, my pregnancy is safe or is there anything to worry about? my check up is due on 31st May. please guide. Jazak Allah
