Talk to Pediatrician on Throat Ache

AOA. my 5 year old daughter has got throat pain for almost 8 months now. no cough,no flu, nothing. she takes just home cooked food. doctors say there's nothing trouble some in there but she complaints for this twice, thrice or at times more than that in day n night. she presses this visible n prominent front bone in throat, commonly called 'narkhara'. but pediatricians found nothing there. her mouth gets frequently dry , especially at night. she's tummy ache issue for one n a half year now n has recently settled about 80 percent . should I get any tests? what does this throat ache n mouth drying indicate when apparently every thing seems alright??
