Talk to General Physician on Neck Fat Hump

from childhood I don't have good posture but I was skinny before marriage after marriage I put on weight ttc from 2 years was on letrozole for 3 months but not successful all reports came normal no polycystic ovrays in pelvic scan but now hormonal issues acne cyclic breast pain irregular periods now using tinistol sachet from 1 month now my problem is there's fat on my shoulders and neck like neck hump that area become fatty now what should I do for this I look weird it looks like forward head syndrome sometime but it's actually a fat when I press it
