Talk to General Surgeon on Ttc An Pain In Left Side

I am ttc from 3 months...5months ago i had ectopic surgery and right tube removed..now my due date is 1st may and i am feeling pain in left leg and on hip side as well...and little bit pain sometimes felt in right side..feeling from two days..not in days just in nights..don’t know if its due to tiredness or should I worry about it??is it alarming? Would it be ectopic again? And last time i felt this pain in ectopic after 8weeks or onward but this time my periods are just around the corner..plz guide what it could be??
