Mujhe 1 week se temperature tha sath m back shoulder pain aur cough b thi.chest pr balgham b ha.m nay oxidil injection aur panadol 3 din use ki ha farq nhn para to stafron injection use ki ha jis se mere halat mazeed kharab ho gae.ab do din se m kuch b nhn lay raha sirf mucolator satche lay raha hu ab mere fever nhn raha lekin back shoulders pain abi b ha aur weakness bahut ziada feel kr raha hu is k elawa balgham abi b ha lekin mucolator satche se farq para ha m nay ye test krwae hn jo m share kr raha hu kindly advise me what should i do now.
