The most likely explanation is that scaling was not done adequately or that you may need deep scaling, cannot pass a judgement without clinical evaluation. The best way is to get scaling done again and you may need to be prescribed antibiotics after the procedure if needed. The combination will help but it has to be done simultaneously. Any other less likely diagnosis will have to be ruled out first.

clinical assessment is required ,in order to evaluate the cause of bleeding gums, might be possible that your previous scaling was not done properly. kindly consult any good dentist in your vicinity.

You could have gingivitis.
You can use Paradontax. It can help to some extent.
But for proper treatment you need to take an antibiotic course.

Walaikum Salam

This is unusual. Bleeding and swollen gums usually subside after deep scaling and cleaning. As your problem is persistent you need to consult your dentist again or you can go for second opinion from any other well skilled dentist.

Use Removet plus gel 4 times a day for 5 days.

after scaling and polishing it's up to the patient to maintain proper oral hygiene by proper brushing and flossing technique. for now do saline gargles at least 4 to 5 times a day. use an extra soft bristle brush and use it 3 times a day. you can take mouthwash as well.

but for a better option, you need to consult a dentist and he/she might prescribe you some medication in case needed.
