Talk to ENT on Ear Itching

My baby boy is 8months . Ever since he is teething he itches his ears. I used to put xecomb drops. 1 month ago i accidentally put doltee teething drops in his ears.(what would happen now). Now he itches his ears too much since 3days and cries. And today he is itching his head(hair) too much and crying. He's totally cranky since 3days. His lower 2 tooth have popped. Is it due to teething or what? Started using xecomb drops since yesterday.

First please stop using drops until a doctor examines your child's ear

You should stop using xeecomb drops. You should get an ENT evaluation.
The cause maybe due to an ear infection or pain from toothing (referred pain). You can give your child syrup brufen after calculating the dose as 5mg/kg body weight and dividing the total doss by 3 then giving that dose to the child 8 hourly
Better to be examined before any decision
you are going right to using Xecomb otic drop for 7 days than you have to visit ENT doctor for suction
