Talk to Dermatologist on Severe Pain In My Right Toe Joint
Asking For Self, Male 40, Lahore
AoA I am having severe pain in my right toe. Images showing toe condition attached. In the past I had this pain in my left toe joint a year ago.
I am having this issue since 5-6 days and daily doctor is injecting decloron injunction and after 15-20 hours pain start again.
I am also taking gouric tab 80 mg per day. Valuable suggestions are requested please

it seems that your gout has flared up. please take a painkiller by mouth on regular basis plus omeprazole 20 mg, once at night for at least 5 nights.

it's been how long you are taking gouric ? it can cause the flare when you start it . see the orthopedic surgeon or the doc who started it .

Aslamwalaikum,kindly it's better to consult with rheumatologist and don't do any experience by yourself because each tablet has its own side effects

also talk to your doctor, you might need another medicine along with gouric to control gout.

I did Uric acid test today and it's normal value 3.5 may be due to taking tab gouric
