Aoa, My mother has rheumatoid arthritis and sjogren's syndrome for the past 20 years. Her joint pains gets worse on some days and gets better on some days. She has recently started morning walk very slow for 20 minutes however she wants to know that considering her condition, is it okay to walk with pain? she has heart issues as well so the doctor prescribed her daily slow walk. Also she recently started taking Osteomove joint health tablets. Will these tablets help ease her? Please guide.

ws. yes daily walk as tolerated on straight land is advisable and recommended both for rheumatoid arthritis and her heart condition. this tablet is helpful for bones
Just consult with physiotherapist for physiotherapy sessions for 2-3 weeks ....it will surely help you out .. Thankyou
she can walk.
osteocare is just routine minerals. will neither hurt nor help much.
she should arrange a consult to see if she is getting optimal disease-modifying drugs to stop her rheumatoid arthritis activity
Any blood labs
xrays recent
?
walk is fine but she needs optimization of her medications if she regularly experience severe pain.
Better to get a rheumatology consult
your mother is suffering from an autoimmune disorder the only solution for this is PRP
