AOA.. need ur help doctors im very upset.. meri bones bht week ho rahe hain aisa lagta hai kch hai hi nahi specially knees and elbow aksar dard bhy rehta hai. i m addict of masturbating and doing once a week i want to get rid of this curse.. please help me in this matter and kindly suggest me a good multi vitamin and calcium intake.. i have'nt visit to doctors because corona cases is rising again in UAE. please help doctors.. JAZAKALLAH khair.
take good sleep. do regular walk, do zikar azkar and take healthy diet. regarding addiction, no one can help you untill you yourself help. if you are married try to keep your wife with you if unmarried then get marry as soon as possible.
regarding pain, if it is for more than 2 months, if there is any swelling, redness in the joints, body stiffness in the morning, weight loss or any other issue then get online consultation with a rheumatologist
