Asking for Husband, Male, 36 years old, Lahore
My husband has high uric acid from a few years now. He had frequent gout attacks n suffered pain in the toe joint. He is taking go uric 80mg daily from a month now. His uric acid test result is now 4.79 today but he has pain n swelling in his toe from yesterday. What could be the reason? He will book an appointment as soon as possible, but for now please suggest whats wrong with his toe.

gout attack can happen even with normal uric acid so give him a capsule celbexx 200 mg twice a day for 3 days after food. book an appointment so that we can discuss and agree further management
