Talk to Rheumatologist on Numbness In Feet

Aoa. I have question. It happens very frequently, when ever I sit for around 4-5 minutes in a single posture My feet become senseless. This happens very frequently when I sit on floor and frequently if I use sofa or chair. And same is case with hands like if I am using mobile for 4/5 minutes in one posture, hand fingues becomes senseless but for less time period if I compare it with feet.There is no apparent issue in body. Iam married from last 12 years and having no kids. All reports are fine.
