I am suffering from fibromyalgia.. I am taking its medicines but they are not working. on and off I have to take painkillers.. suffering from frequent headches..As ramzan is coming I get severe headaches from fasting , fatigue and pain from fibro.. which painkiller is most suitable in this regard? how often I can take and in what dose?? what is limit of panadol ingeneral which is safe..? how frequent I can take. jazak Allah
