Pahly muja 3 saal pahly hwe thi left tang ma tb mene ek month ka course kia phir muja ek saal bad phir hwe right tng ma phir mene 2 month ka course kia ab muja 3 4 din pahly phir right tang ma pain hori hai aur same symptoms aur sojgya hai abi ma islamabad ma hu koi dr bta dain please ma lahore b ane k liye tyar hu lakin ye aam dr ki smj ma nhe ati

Bone aur joint TB ka course 12 sey 18 months lagaataar hota hai.
baar baar TB ki dawa 1 ya 2 months ley kar chirnay sey jaraaseem resistant ho jaatey hain, yaani phir TB ki koi dawa asar nahi karti.
Orthopedic surgeon key paas jaaiye, wo MRI aur incision and drainage karaybga. Jo pus niklay usko AFB culture sensitivity, aur Gene Xpert test aur pus for culture sensitivity key liye bhaijain.
agar normal TB hui tou 12 months course hai, agar resistant TB hui tou course pecheeda hai aur 18 sey 24 months chalay ga.
