I had my pregnancy approx 2years ago and during pregnancy i had pains in my finger and their joints sometimes for short interval of time and after my delievery the pain went off and almost after two years i am having similar problem again. I had nursed my daughter for 20months.

plz consult rheumatologist
as she/he will advise inflammatory markers and further work up after taking history
also serum Ca and Vit D level will be needed

this pain may be due to position you were in you delivery amd recovery time.Your joints may be affected by chemical changes in the body.
it may be that you had c section.weight gain during that pregancy may be you got arthrits.

Dear patient,

Take Calcium and vitamin D supplements as prescribed by your doctor alongwith good dietary intake of milk (at least a glass of milk, 2 times a day).

If your pain persists even after 6 months , get an xray hand done.

I would also like to know when your pain starts, is it early morning or comes as the day goes by?
