Asking for Mother, Female, 60 years old, Mianwali

Sir from last 9 month my mother have right side paralysis but when we have done through MRI CT SCAN and CAROTID DOPPLER ULTRASOUOGRAPHY these showen MCA stroke and Mild stenosis, medicine are Duloxetine 20mg and clopidogreal plus aspirin 75 mg, jec karris capsule of 850 mg and some vitamens tablets but still my mother show no recovery. I am posting here result of Carotid doppler ultrasonography. Kindly recommend what we can do..

Actually MCA stroke may affect vital control centres of brain. The damage
is assessed by a neurologist. The recovery may be slow or sometimes
there's no recovery at all. consult a neurologist for proper assessment and
expert advice.
