Talk to Radiologist on Gender Of Baby
Asking for Self, Female, 22 years old, Karachi
I wanted to ask is it possible that on 22 weeks doctor said it’s a boy and on 23 weeks she said its a girl,both opinions are of different doctor and of different renowned places whom should i believe?Also tell me In which week gender can be fully confirmed?At both the time of scan the positions were same,cepahlic plz guide me thank you!

Gender confirmation depends on position of baby at the time of scan. It can be deceptive. 20 + weeks are good enough to identify gender.

At 20 plus weeks , gender can be told with confirmation .i don't know y they have given two opposite statements .if you really want to know the gender then get another scan from a renowned place.there is very less chance of confusion at this gestational age
The technique largely depends on operator experience and expertise.
