Question

My brother has wheezing and difficult breathing and he is a stage 2 TB patient. Can you please advise if we can use oxygen or any inhaler? We need your support asap

You can use oxygen if he is breathless. Do a chest x ray and sputum cs as well as cbc to find extent of secondary infection. Was he a smoker before. Show these reports to his doctor
