Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Pulmonary Problem

Dear Doctor's ! I was having sore throat problem and breathing issue at night since 2 days, nowadays in this pandemic situation everyone is afraid of Covid-19. I have given test Cov-19 PCR in Shifa International hospital and the report is negative. Let me tell about my History of cough and lungs related issues. About 7 years ago I got severe cough problem. I went to a doctor, he advised me FEXET-D, and capsule which was puted in a device not exactly remember what's the capsule name was. I am also allergic of coils, smoke. I have used vit d supplement a year ago because of deficiency. Since 2 days I can't sleep properly because of mental stress and I feel shortage of breath at night . I also feel very low pressure on my head. I am not going anywhere else, living in a room which has ventilation issue too. kindly help me what's going on with me?
