My friend has constant phlegm problem.Sometimes her chest becomes so congested that she can't eat anything.Also she feels difficulty in breathing sometimes.She has dust and cold allergy also.This condition is from two years.What should she do?

I hope she would have been prescribed some regular medicine including inhaler medicine for her breathing problem in past years. she should continue with her regular medicine including inhalers and also get steam inhalation 4-5 times daily.
