Asking for Self, Female, 36 years old, Lahore
I m suffering with Breathing issue since 2018.i feel suffocated while breathing and i start breathing from chest and with open mouth.and it takes many tries to get breath. Its suddenly happened in twice in a year.its v pain ful.i cant sleep but if i sleep than there is no issue.now often pain waves hit my left shoulder and neck too Please suggest what would i do.and how can get rid of it
