Asking for Self, Female, 21 years old, Lhr

I'm married. I have a 7 months old baby. I'm a house wife. I take care of everyone in my house do every thing of them but no one takes care of me in response. I feel they treated me like full time maid. When I'm in kitchen cooking for them they never take care of my baby and baby is always with me in kitchen, in these hot days. In every tasks he is with me either in washroom or in kitchen. Husband doesn't give priority to me. Every fights between us is due to the brother in law and mother in law becuse I'm fed up of them because i do every thing of them and they never support me in front of my husband. Plz guide me how to relax my mind and how to bear all this... Because i don't want to leave my husband and home just want from you to guide me how to bear this and how to ignore and how to survive plz help me...

Hi,

You should try and make some time for yourself and your baby, in which you can spend time on yourself such a grooming yourself and your baby. As you say you don't want to leave, then you should try and make a timetable that you can manage, adding in all the work that you do at home and then making some time for yourself in the middle or at the end of the day. Does you baby have a seperate room to be in during the day? So you can let it sleep through the day while you work.

It's great that you've reached out for help, so firstly give yourself a pat on the back for that! There are certain situations in life where we feel completely stuck and helpless, and it is very natural to feel like this. However, there is usually something we can do, or not do, to feel better. You can either call or visit so we can discuss it further.
