I think over during whole the day just about my study .In matric,i got very good marks . but in fsc, i fell into infriority.i feel that other students can do study in more good ways, technically,and in very less time.i began to think about how to do study like other students. thinking more and more , i become paralyzed . i forgot my actual way of study . whole the day i think that how to do study.But now , i have made the study formula. but i can do study just with this study formula .without that formula , i feel that i am hollow student.main problem is that i need to keep in mind that formula while studying.i try to make my formula best,and do correction of any fault in formula.for making correction,i think more and more even whole the day(overthinking). thus i can't do study well and spend more time to do my work. i become paralyzed by thinking that my actual ability is not that shows.because i work hard more than other students or even toppers.i think if i was not fell into hab

You are comparing yourself to others that's why you are ignoring your unique abilities, you are different from others, no one is superior but different. You overthink alot and this overthinking effects you badly. You should seek help from psychologist and then things will start getting better.

m ny matric m 1040(one thousand fourty), numbers haasil kiye . overthinking ki problem mujhy fsc sy start hoi h.our isi ki wajah sy m FSC 1st year m just 408 numbers hasil kr skaa. m poora din aur poori raat (means 24/22 hours) bhi parhta tha .but mery friends jo k just 4/5 hours parhty thy unky 455+ numbers aye.

Bro. Avoid comparing yourself to others. This is the only one formula that will help you in every domain of life. Just work each day to be a better version of yourself. Don't trap yourself in grades,numbers or percentage no matter what others think. Keep going your way and work hard in your own way. Do not lose urself while copying others. Learn to regard yourself more often and keep on refining yourself. Follow the study pattern that suits you more. It will be your strength in future. Relax and enjoy your life. There is much more to life than just grades. Keep yourself physically active too. Problem is for those who take studies for granted and involve themselves in useless company and stuff. You seem to be serious in studies which is the best thing. Avoid comparisons.

The problem underlies in cognition. u need to stop yourself from over thinking which is possible with help of a psychologist. u can book appointment with me through marhm as well.
