Asking for Self, Male, 27 years old, Lahore
I can ace a speech elegantly and fluently when alone but when I face a social situation especially involving a small to large group I start stuttering badly. Real bad. This is hindering my professional and social life, I have so much to achieve and so many things to get done which of course I an unable to with this problem. I'll call it a case of social anxiety and esteem issue but maybe there is something else.

well,
it happens due to social anxiety but it can be treated rightly if you seek some help.
there are number of reasons responsible for it that are very much interconnceted and hard to figure out for a person who is at the suffering end.
Sir, as you said that there are many other reasons too apart from social anxiety (which may be correct in your case too); it is better to meet psychologist in-person so that complete assessment may be done to come up with the appropriate diagnosis which would definitely lead to early and appropriate management. You may contact me for appointment.
