Aj kal k time me; pandemic and the uncertainty, is trhan ki thoughts logon ko pareshan kr rai hain. iske elawa koi thora sa bhi stress ho tou wo buhat intensify hojata hai.
negative thinking or overthinking bhi stress and negative feelings ki waja se hoskti hai jb k depersonalizarion or derealisation ko explore krna important hai which can be done if an appointment is booked.

w.salam overthinking ki wjah se sir bhari ho jata hai boht ziada sochny ki wja se hi ap ko yeh thoughts ati ja rai hain koi ziada problem nai hai 2 se 4 sessions mai ap theek ho sakti hain ap k mind ko practice ho gai hai thinking ki repeatative thoughts se and due to negative thoughts
