Talk to Psychologist on Painful Intercourse

Im 28 years old married (7months) starting 5 months of marriage we were having problems during intercourse, i was having pain during penetration contact 4 different Doctors all said after clinical assessment that its not vaginismus its just a psychological issue, then after 5 months we manage to do intercourse, each month after intercourse i got these sort of symtoms painful urination, urge to urinate, feel pressure in bladder symptoms gets worse when bladder filled up, Urine Dr report both month normal, im talking lots of fluid , cefspan 400mg prescribed by my gyne (both month 5-5 tablets)she said sometime infection does not appears in report. After taking cefspan my symptoms gets mild but not completely resolved. What should i do any other test?
