I want to ask that why night sleep is necessary if a person can sleep 8 hours in afternoon or in morning or evening. Will it effect on mental Health? if a person doesn,t sleep in night due to some reason and sleep in afternoon or in morning or evening.
well its said the best sleep time is at night otherwise yes it doesnt make u as fresh as the night sleep ll do. thats it
depends upon your lifestyle ,priorities and work routine. Have healthy sleep whenever suits you.
what is the reason?thats matters..and Its Nature to sleep in Night..if we Go against it..its definately gona damage some health either physical or mental.
sleep is very important for health as its natural process .God never created any thing without a reason ...HE whatever created is beneficient for human being...sleep at night is also important because GOD creat night for sleep and rest so darkness of night is also good for mental health ....try to sleep at night if u hae any issue regarding sleep u can consult

Yes dear sleep is a necessity. 6 to 8 hours is a must. But few of the ppl have work or these days we are very much in to mobiles and stuff like tht.. After noon sleep is not tht much effective . It can not replace ur natural cycle of sleep..

Circadian rhythms is body's natural sleep wake cycle according to which our body has naturally being designed in a way that certain hormones like melatonin etc are secreted when we sleep at night.. New researches on sun and moon light also reveal that it is best for your body to sleep at night so it is preferable to follow natural cycle. It would regulate mood and hormonal balance for mood regulation.. That is why quality and timing of sleep effects mood and may result into irritability and other issues.

sleep in night has direct link with our mental health and biological systems. we have a biological clock in our brain (called circadian rhythm). it is naturally connected with son light and day night mechanism. in evening it inform our brain and brain increases level of some neurotransmitters. this boosted level in not healthy if we are awaking, it does not effect in one or two nights. but if we make a life style as a night rider it effects a lot, researches indicate people who do night shifts has more Psychological, biological problems and aging problem than day worker.

night sleep releases hormone melatonin.so its necessary to sleep at night atleast for a few hours
