Negative thoughts can be harmful espcially if you allow yourself to beleieve them. You have to think that this is just in my head. Its not real. Also you do not get therapy or counseling this problem could be harder to overcome alone. So i would suggest just do 2 or 3 sessions to learn techniques to overcome these thoughts.
