Salam. Jo symptoms apne batayen hain ye ek psychological issue hai jis ka treatment b hai. Dekhen sb se pehle proper history needed hai jis mei duration, kitne arse se problem hai konse events k baad aesi soch develop hoi ye sb Janna zaruri hai. Apne bataye k tests normal hain tou psychological interventions ki zarurat hai. Ap filhal jb b aesi sochen ayen tou foran deep breathing gehri sans ki warzish start karen. Naak se Sans len aur ye sochen k ap saaf pani ko apne body mind mei bhar rahe hain sans kuch seconds roke rakhen aur phr mou khol k sans bahar nikalne ye sochte hoe k sb negative sochen ya weham bahar nikal rahe.
