Dr, i have a problem since 3 years ago and i have also the addiction of masturbation. Some times it happens 2 times a day or once a week and i can't control when use mobile and when see some nude picture and i also have been suffering from the problem of coming drops after urination or sometime when i eat heavy protein diet then it comes after standing or sitting and i also become too weak my weight is 52 kg and i look like just a skeleton and when i try to get some fat and eat some protein rich food then the dropping problems become severe and i want to get rid of them

But, the coming drops after urination smell like the semimal fluid. I also noticed the smell when i wear off my underwear and when try to smell then it's like the semen also mixed in the fluid.
