Talk to Psychologist on Can't Learn My Lesson

Sir I can't learn my lesson and remember it for a long time. When i learn a lesson by spending many time on it it learnt it then after two to three days i forgot it even i have again to spend same time second time again to learn this lesson of my College level Intermediate. Please give me its solution. Prescribe some medicine for my brain to make my brain learn fast and can remember for unlimited time. My brain is very slow. it forgots every learnt thing very quickly. So please tell me its medicine so that i may overcome this issue and can learnt my lesson and can got Excellent marks for achieving my aim. I can't book for online consultation as i have nit enough money to pay or do so. Because i am a child. I am now able to earn. So please give me its solution without appointment booking. Thanks. divide your lesson into topic wise.learn each topic for 15 minutes and write it once or twice then take a 15 minutes break to relax yourself (u can have snacks or day dream etc)...study in this way at least 6 hrs a day..start writing your thoughts which bother u most...take a good sleep at least 8 hrs and drink 6 glasses of water...take healthy food like fruits ,fresh veg,almond,milk...usually stress effects memory so keep your body relax by 1/2 an hr walkdaily,deep breathing ,praying and listening music,painting etc...

Dear medication is not always a solution & especially in your problem it's nothing to be worried. Aesa hona koi zyada fikr ki bat nahi. Isk lye kch mind exercises aur techniques hoti hain jo Apki routine ma shamil krwae jati hain. kch sawalaat k jwab matloob hain.
Apki nend kesi hai? routine? social life aur friends hain? kitna wqt khud ko dete hain? koi medical issue ya dwae le rhe hain?

1) Sometimes kabhi neend aati hai full 8 hours k liye or sometimes neend nahi aati raat 2 baje tak or sometimes raat ko bar bar ankh khul jati hai
2) Friends hain but me un se ziyada baat nahi krta or un se ziyada time separate hi rehta ho
3) khud ko time just holiday wale din deita ho gher per. na koi physical game khelta ho or na koi or activity. just gher per rehta ho mobile/laptop use krta ho bus
4)Cholinergic Urticaria ( skin allergy ) hai is k liye kestine 10mg or covate lotion use kr raha ho

Acha. dear our body demands some natural food for it's wellbeing such as adequate sleep, socialization & sense of security apart from basic needs. dear sb se pehle apni sleep timings set krlen ya minimum 8 hrs sleep len. if there is any stress at home u can discuss freely too. drink plenty of water. take some time out with friends or talkout to someone at least 15 minutes a day. lesson learning k lye sb se pehle try repeating verbally Then you can use menemonics, if you are good at drawing make images or you can think of a scenario related to what you want to learn. other than your subject try to relate thing in your environment in a free way. koi pareshani ki bat nahi. there r a lot of other ways too. just relax and you can call me through marham. https://www.marham.pk/doctors/karachi/psychologist/ms-sadaf-riaz. stay Motivated.

There is no medicine for this, even if someone tells it would be a scam. Focus on taking healthy food, less screen time, more physical activity, less or no cold drinks. Give urself reinforcer after doing the scheduled task, revise at morning, avoid late night awakening

aisa lagta hay kay you are taking too much tension for not memorising things and it is also contributing and things becoming more trouble. i think one CBT session would be good for you, take free session from somebody, there are people who can give you free session. there is always a way for improvement in life. for start stop saying that your mind is slow, tell your self that your mind can learn anything chahy slowly he kiuon na ho.
