Asking for Self, Female, 35 years old, Isb

I have this problem of mis spelling/misreading while reading. E. G. I will read Reshape instead of Perhapes and vice versa Negative ko Navigate Fast live ko last five vice versa... And so on. I started noticing it around 2008, when I got admited for uni after a break of 4 years. This has caused me a lot of professional issue... I keep on making such mistakes at work. What is the problem with me.

dear Aphasia is of 2 types, broca aphasia and werneik aphasia.
Broca Aphasia:
Trouble speaking Fulently
1. Short Utterance. 4 words at one time. means they speak sentence containing 4 words.
2. They find it hard understanding complex gramatical sentence.
3. It results from injury.
Werneick Aphasia:
Speach is fluent. but make no sense to listner. even patient feels they are making no sense. meaningless words.
.............................
but dear patient write here , has no difficulty in saying words. she has problems in reading. she has problems in spelling. spelling and reading mistakes come under learning difficulties. aphasia is neurological disorders caused by stroke or tumor.
I hope my comments will make it clear that she may suffer with learning disabilities not in neurological problems. Further i suggest consult DSM V

I had been an avid reader, a good orator. Both my urdu and English reading and speaking was more than perfect and acknowledged. Despite being in stress and depression. But ALL OF A SUDDEN I started noticing it. Jo time pehly mujy 4 pgs parny m lgta tha I used to take that time to read 1 pg. And finally, yeah my speech did get worse I forget words while speaking, alfaz gadmad ho jaty hn.
Is it the same psychological issue that u mentioned... I had no such injury and stuff... As I got MRI scan once.
How can I help myself to get out of it at least a bit

Yeah it defiantly don't seem dyslexia. Can stress b a factor. I had been through for 6,7 year. But it appeared around , a year before I started my studied again, after 4 year break. In the period in between 4 years I did not read or write anything. But I used to teach so I knew no issue at all at that time.

Dyslexia is a learning disorder in which a person faces difficulty reading and understanding written text. If a person has this condition, it may become apparent as early as 1 or 2 years of age, or later at any other time during the person's developmental years. Sometimes it is not diagnosed until much later, maybe even until adulthood. BUT dyslexia does NOT develop later on in life, unless as a result of a brain injury/stroke.
So please consult a psychologist for detailed evaluation and management/treatment plan.
