Lekin bas mujhe bachon pe bohat ghussa ata hai, pyar karnay ka dil nahi chahta, raat ko bohat pachtawa hota hai apnay din bhar k rawayye pe, lekin jab samnay hotay hain bachay to ghussa ana shuru ho jata hai, aik dafa chota wala rona band nahi kar raha tha to mere zehen me yahan tak khayal agaya k isko roof se phaynk dun, lekin apnay aap pe control kar liya, tab se me bohat darr gayi hun. Main bohat pareshan hun aur apnay aapko sahi karna chahti hun, kia ye koi mental issue hai, mujhe kia karna chahiye?

First you need a helper in raising them, then take out time for yourself, then set rules for raising kids, set a routine I know it can’t be followed completely but again you can try .... the more you shout the more they will become stubborn... make them humble by keeping yourself humble, distract your thoughts immediately when negative ideas come your way, first you have to work on yourself then it will change

they should go early to bed. dopahar ko mat sone dein . bucho k ane se pehle ghar k major task se free hojayein.

apko apni routine pe Kam karna hoga apny Lia kuch time nikalna hoga shayad hosakta hai k ap apni routine k Kam ko manage nh karparhi but full history will be needed for the better solution.
