Talk to Psychiatry on Unsatisfying Intercourse

Iam 30 years old recently married. I had anxiety issues and some family issues during my marriage which lead to PE during first few tries of intercourse. Each try increased my performance anxiety. I tried a pill which gave me boost to maintain erection and was able to do intercourse. After that my confidence and relationship improved and i was able to do it without any medication (although timing was short but it didn't bother me or my wife). I used the pill once more and we enjoyed more that time. My question is do these pill effect sperm health? Looking to use it once a month to maintain spark and not continuous. Iam able to do it without it aswell
