Hy doctors, mera question ye ha kabhi kabhi mjhe suddenly lagta ha k mjhe neend a rahi ha aisa lagta ha k energy level low ho gaya ha bilkul or meray head k back ma ajeeb c movement hoti ha jese k koi needles chub rahi ho or us k baad jb bhi ma bister pe late jata hu mjhe neend nahi ati, or sir mjhe loss of appetite ha or ankho k neechay dark circle ho gaye ha kabhi sehat achi rehti ha kabhi achanak dark circles ho jate ha, or kabhi kabhi head ache hota ha half or kabhi full jis ki waja se both eyelids bhi dard kar rahi hoti ha kindly tell me mujhe kia karna chayye
