He has obsessive fear of germs or dirt and feels compulsion to wash the hands over and over like if someone touches him or some specific persons including his brother come near him he reacts so badly with them.

These are the symptoms of OCD but I can not prescribe medicines without seeing the patient because I have to take detailed history and rule out other disorders as well to reach upon final diagnosis. Bring the patient to my OPD. Thank you
