Welcome, I would like to highlight some facts about Rapid Cycling which is a mood disorder in which at least four major episodes of Depression, Mania, Hypomania, or mixed episode during the 12 months period, in your history in which you have only reflected your depressive symptoms only, there is sufficient evidence of the role of Lithium in Rapid cycling, but the first choice of drug in this condition is Divalproex, and use antidepressants in Rapid Cycling is not suitable. without being judgmental you need to take an expert opinion for a treatment review. Thanks, regards

Salam. The treatment is not matching with the diagnosis and you are taking too many medications i.e. 2 antidepressants, 2 mood stabilizers, 3 antipsychotics. Your diagnosis and treatment should be reviewed to answer all your questions
Regards
Yes every psychiatric illness is treatable provided if you are properly diagnosed. If you are diagnosed as a case of Rapid cycling Bipolar disorder then it should be treated as a case of mania. You are on polypharmacy and 2ndly antidepressant use is not recomended as per guidelines. Its better that you should take appointment from another psychiatrist for 2nd opinion. May Allah swt help you.
