Please tag psychiatrists. Can the medicines or therapy, improve the intelligence, memory, attentiveness and eliminate following negative things in a male, age 33.
absent-minded, forgetful, one can find him searching for shoe to wear which he just already wear few seconds before, mind always occupied with some conversation/thoughts all the time, dim-witted, no sharp mind or quick replier, over-sensitive, weak nerves like coward, legs tremble, unable to explain his point, not assertive, not good at conversation, stammers while arguing, self-doubt about things/words e.g. this shouldn't have said/done like this instead this should be, mind get blank like white slate, forgets things once remembered completely etc... He already has social and general anxiety with ocd (mostly thoughts and lips moving) since childhood along above symptoms. Education wise average student. Marks from 60-70%.
How much improvement is possible with medicines and therapy? Please answer in detail.
